In The Word
Read: Revelation 13:2-10
2 And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne, and great authority. 3 I saw one of his heads as if it had been fatally wounded, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; 4 they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?” 5 A mouth was given to him speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty-two months was given to him. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, that is, those who dwell in heaven.
7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority was given to him over every tribe, people, language, and nation. 8 All who live on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written since the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slaughtered. 9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear. 10 If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints.

Walking In The Word
A group of nations will unite and become a mighty force led by the antichrist, a charismatic leader aligned with Satan. Because of the great power and influence of the antichrist and his league of nations, they will seem invincible and will rule the entire earth. Everyone who is not a follower of Yeshua will worship the antichrist. This wicked leader will speak boldly against God and Christians, so followers of Yeshua must be firm in their faith to withstand the onslaught of persecution against them. “Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints” (Revelation 13:10).
Throughout history, there have been many powerful rulers, governments, and groups that opposed God and tried to annihilate His followers. This is even happening in our present time. So what is the right response as followers of Yeshua? Do not fear! Repeatedly, God told people not to fear, worry, or be anxious. Why? Because He is bigger than any situation, person, government, power, or catastrophe. Our flesh wants to worry and be anxious because it sees the possible pain and hardship from negative situations. But God’s Spirit lives in us and gives us the power to persevere through any situation and not be overcome.
If you find yourself worried, anxious, or fearful, find strength in Isaiah 35:4, “Say to those with anxious heart, ‘Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God will come, but He will save you.’”
