In The Word
Read: Revelation 12:10–13:1
10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying,
“Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down, the one who accuses them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. 12 For this reason, rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you with great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.”
13 And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child.14 But the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly into the wilderness to her place, where she *was nourished for a time, times, and half a time, away from the presence of the serpent. 15 And the serpent hurled water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood. 16 But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river which the dragon had hurled out of his mouth. 17 So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.
The Beast from the Sea
13 And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore.
Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten crowns, and on his heads were blasphemous names.

Walking In The Word
The devil knows that he has been defeated. He knows that his time is short, so he wants to cause as much damage as he can in the time he has left. Many people in this world do not require much or any of his time. They damage themselves and their families by allowing their own flesh to rule their lives. They are driven by emotions and feelings, following what seems right to themselves and the world. They are indifferent to the commandments of God and have no desire to hold to any testimony other than their own thinking and reasoning. They may consider themselves to be a good person by their own standards, but they are not willing to conform to His standards. They have rejected the Way, the Truth, and the precious blood of the Lamb.
However, the true brethren who love Him more than their own lives realize that we are in a spiritual battle. The devil spends his time and resources trying to keep us from advancing the Kingdom of God, but he is no match for the power and authority of Christ. He accuses us day and night, trying to bring up shortcomings and the past, but our Advocate, the Lamb, sits at the right hand of Father. He has overcome, and we have also overcome because of His blood and the word of our testimony. Don’t waste any time today. Spend time with the Lord every morning and suit up with the full armor of God as an overcomer ready to take new ground for Him every day.
